Cancelations - Returns - Replacement

You have the right if you have registered your order but it has not been sent to you yet, to cancel it for any reason by sending an e-mail to our e-mail address Shop@vassilimoralis.com shop@vassilismoralis.com. 

You also have the right to return the products you bought and request a refund, which is done by crediting the bank account that you indicate to us with an IBAN number. In this case, if transfer costs arise, they will be paid by you

Once we receive the returned product and find that it in its original condition we will refund you within 14 calendar days the entire amount you paid, as stated on the receipt

The customer must check upon receiving the products he receives, as by signing at receipt he confirms that he has correctly received the products of his order

RETURN OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

It is possible to return within three working days from the day of receipt, which is evidenced by the date of receipt which is indicated on the receipt, for any other reason you were not satisfied with your product. If the return is not made within 5 working days, our store may not accept any return for the transaction's replacement or cancellation.

The date of dispatch of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the courier on the receipt for the deadline's control.

Returned products must be returned

  • Undamaged
  • as received when send
  • Inside their packaging
  • including their receipt

Return costs are borne by the sender Dueto the Right of Withdrawal Law 2251/1994 Article 3i Par.1)

Returning a product is possible under the following conditions:

  • Returning a product must be declared at shop@vassilimoralis.com . αιτιολογώντας τον λόγω της επιστροφής
  • Returning a product must be done at the address we'll note you
  • Returns must be done till 5 days from receiving the product
  • Product must be in its original state

If the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In cases where products of defective quality were sold through the proven fault of our store, then we fully bear the return cost

The terms of return remain the same as above (επιστροφή μη ελαττωματικών προϊόντων).
In cases where no replacement can be made, a refund will be made in accordance with the terms that apply to refunds.

After 5 working days from the date stated on the receipt of the product, you fully accept the quality, quantity and price of the goods received and refunds or changes with different products are not accepted.
